Omni Select Planner Overview
The following terms and conditions, which form a part of the Terms & Conditions, govern the Omni Select Planner program (“Select Planner”). Gold, Platinum and Black Level Select Guest members may earn Award Credits and Tier Credits when they book Qualified Events (as hereinafter defined) with Omni Hotels & Resorts. Credits earned will be applied to the member's existing Select Guest account balance and all credits earned are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Select Guest. It is the sole responsibility of the members to determine if they are eligible to receive rewards and benefits for booking events on behalf of their organization with Omni Hotels & Resorts. Omni reserves the right to modify Select Planner at any time.
Qualified Events
For an event to qualify as a “Qualified Event” for Select Planner, a minimum contracted spend of $2,500 USD or CAD is required and the member must work directly with a member of the Omni Hotels & Resorts Sales Team. US or Canadian Dollar is determined by the country in which the property booked is located. To participate in Select Planner, you must be a Select Guest member at the time of Qualified Event contract signing and your Select Guest member information must be included in the contract. The minimum contracted spend will be calculated based upon rooms, meeting space and catering spend only and only the guaranteed minimum catering spend per the contract will be included. The total dollar amount will be rounded down to the nearest $1,000 when determining Award Credits and rounded down to the nearest $10,000 for Tier Credits.
Earning Rates and Timing
Award and Tier Credits are issued based on total contracted spend of a Qualified Event. Earning limits per Qualified Event are dependent on the Select Guest member level on the date the Qualified Event contract is signed. The Select Guest member number included in the contract determines the member level and also determines which member account receives credit for the applicable Qualified Event. The member account must be active and in good standing in order to receive credits under Select Planner and member accounts are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Select Guest.
The designated member will receive 1 Award Credit per $1,000 and 1 Tier Credit per $10,000 contracted in a Qualified Event. Earning rates are subject to Earning Limits.
Award and Tier credits are issued within 30 days of contract signing. Once issued there will be no adjustments made due to contract amendments or actualized business.
A 50% deduction of credits will be applied when there is no cancellation and attrition fee included in the contract and there is no exception listed. The details in the contract will be the deciding factor in how much credit is awarded and will be determined in Omni’s sole discretion. The Select Planner program does not allow “true-ups” on Award and Tier Credits, should the actualized business be larger than the guaranteed minimum in the Qualified Event contract.
Earning Limits
Gold Level members may earn up to 40 Award Credits (equal to 2 Free Night Award eCertificates) and 8 Tier Credits per Qualified Event. Platinum Level members may earn up to 60 Award Credits (equal to 3 Free Night Award eCertificates) and 10 Tier Credits per Qualified Event. Black Level members may earn up to 80 Award Credits (equal to 4 Free Night Award eCertificates) and 12 Tier Credits per Qualified Event. These earning limits do not include Bonus Credits earned as a result of the Omni Select Planner Multi-Meeting Bonus.
Multi-Meeting Bonus
There are three levels to the Select Planner Multi-Meeting Bonus and all are subject to the Select Planner terms and conditions. Members may earn bonus Award and Tier Credits by booking multiple Qualified Events that equal or exceed a specific combined minimum total US dollar amount. Multiple bookings must be completed within 30 days, and must include the same Select Guest member information in each booking agreement. Earning limits are determined based on Select Guest status level when the Qualified Event contract is first executed. For example, a bonus received for one meeting cannot impact the earning limit on the next meeting. All rewards are issued at the same time.
Level 1: Book two or more events at one time for a minimum combined total of $100,000 USD and receive a 25% bonus on Award and Tier Credits per event.
Level 2: Book two or more events at one time for a minimum combined total of $500,000 USD and receive a 50% bonus on Award and Tier Credits per event.
Level 3: Book two or more events at one time for a minimum combined total of $1,000,000 USD and receive a 75% bonus on Award and Tier Credits per event.
Earn on Non-Master Bill
The designated member will receive 100% of the earned credits per the rules of the Select Planner Program; meaning that the member will earn for the contracted business, regardless of who pays for the individual room rates. Attendees of the event who are also Select Guest members may also earn individual credit for stays associated with the event, regardless of how their room is paid for. Attendees must have their account number on the reservation for the room they are staying in and the individual credit is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Select Guest.
