Unique Epicurean Discoveries and Experiences

Omni Hotels & Resorts' Flavors of the World series highlights unique wine and cuisine from undiscovered cultures across the world. Our goal is to provide our guests with insight into new epicurean discoveries and experiences, while also educating them about the food and wine within a specific region. Inherent to each Flavors of the World campaign is extensive chef-training at The Culinary Institute of America and a much-coveted immersion trip where Omni’s culinary team gains first-hand experience of the region’s wine, cuisine and culture so they may bring back authentic and delicious experiences to their hotels and restaurants.

Flavors of the World: Discover Rioja Spain

Discover Rioja

Flavors of the World returned in 2017 with its tenth installment, as we partnered with Rioja USA to help you Discover Rioja. Our 2017 series spotlighted this north-central region of Spain through signature Omni programming nationwide. Our culinary team explored every corner of Rioja and took part in the Wines from Rioja educational program to truly immerse themselves in the culture, cuisine and wine to create an authentic experience for you.

¡Destinación Chile!

In 2015, we celebrated our annual Flavors of the World culinary series with ¡Destinación Chile! We partnered with Wines of Chile to create a Chilean dinner and bar menu paired with hand-selected wines that reflect our enchantment with the region. Our menu featured unique Chilean fare, from traditional favorites such as empanadas, to sweets such as tres leches cake, all prepared by Omni’s expert chefs.
