Fitness Class Descriptions
Sunrise Yoga| Sunrise yoga brings energy to the body and nourishes the soul, to meet the challenges of the day ahead.
Joya Yoga | Your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of a yoga practice, customized to your personal needs and goals.
Inspire Yoga | A foundational yoga class that incorporates stillness, deep breathing and longer holds in poses to encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Integrative Conditioning | A high energy workout utilizing a variety of modalities like TRX and Spin utilizing weights and other props designed to improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
HIIT | A rigorous interval training of high intensity movements designed to improve strength and endurance and promote cardiovascular fitness.
Stretch Therapy |Release tension inside and out in this yoga based stretch class.
Barre | A blend of elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga.
Bootcamp | A challenging workout that includes strength and interval training combined with mid to high intensity body weight movements.
Mat Pilates | Classic Pilates methodology is used to strength the core, back and sides; this is a perfect session for cross training or therapy.
Whole Body Pilates | Joya Spa exclusive full body fusion of strengthening and toning movements combined with weights and foam rollers with a focus on form and alignment.
Yoga Sculpt | A blend of elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga.
AquaFit | This is an all over, cardio, toning, muscle conditioning class, which incorporates, stretching, range of motion and even some yoga cool down techniques. The goal is health and fitness using the multi-directional resistance of water. Kasbah Pool – 12ppl maximum
